Elezatv provides technical access to aggregated streaming content links ("the Service"). We do not host, store or distribute media files. The Service is provided on a subscription basis according to the plan you purchase.
Your login credentials are personal. Sharing credentials beyond the simultaneous connections included in your plan may lead to suspension. You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential.
Plans are prepaid for the selected duration and do not auto-renew unless stated at checkout. Prices are shown before payment; taxes may apply depending on your country.
You agree not to resell, redistribute, restream or publicly exhibit the Service without written permission, and not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for complying with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance and factors outside our control (ISP outages, force majeure) may affect the Service.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy (7-day money-back guarantee).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elezatv's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription period. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
