When you order we collect your name, email address and, optionally, a phone number — used solely to create your account, deliver credentials and provide support. Payment details are processed by our payment providers and never stored on our servers.
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We do not log the channels or content you watch for profiling purposes.
We send transactional emails (order confirmation, credentials, payment links, renewal reminders). These are necessary to provide the Service.
The website uses only technical cookies and Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the order form against bots. Turnstile may process your IP address per Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Account data is retained while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for support and accounting, then deleted.
You may request a copy or deletion of your personal data at any time by replying to any email you have received from us — see the contact page for details.
